Commercial Product Manager

Kairos is a platform for professional sports clubs to streamline planning and optimise performance.

As a tailored and dynamic sports performance platform - Kairos optimizes the performance of professional athletes by providing them with a structured tool to engineer and own their bespoke medical, athletic and skill requirements. These features are delivered simultaneously alongside real time insights allowing the athlete to attain peak performance on game day.

Co-founded by Andrew Trimble an ex-professional rugby player with Ireland and Ulster, Kairos, having successfully completed trials within the professional sports arena, is now ready to develop its MVP and deploy at pace to the market and to continually and rapidly evolve in response to a changing and dynamic market.

We are seeking a Commercial Product Manager who will join the team and lead our commercial and product priorities. This role will require you to engage extensively with our current and potential client base, understanding intimately the needs of the market as well as industry trends and ensuring that these needs are analysed alongside the goals of the business and incorporated were required into our product roadmap.

You will also be responsible for focusing and delivering the commercial interests of Kairos, building a strong sales pipeline as you undertake market engagement and delivering on our commercial targets alongside the CEO and COO. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our commercial partnership and ensuring that they are being activated effectively whilst continuing to create and foster strong relationships with key individuals through the elite sports market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Refine and own the product strategy and roadmap for Kairos
  • Deliver solutions and drive the product vision and road map, whilst working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the VP of Engineering to ensure that the product roadmap is reflective of market need and is deliverable in a manner that complements commercial targets
  • Translate design and product documentation into technical specifications
  • End-to-end development of new features including code and design, implementation, documentation and deployment
  • Developing marketing messages and refining and owning all sales assets to help deliver commercial targets
  • Develop sales plans, identify campaign opportunities and monitor product performance
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Travelling as much as is required to fulfil the requirements of the role
